I can say that the first part of the title is related to the Arab World which failed in surpassing its underdeveloped and troubled reality where fallacies means overcome it in every dialogue that lead it away of reality. Our past generation of young men, let's say fifty years ago approximately, had witnessed exciting fondness of certain types of ideas that used to be more verbal than realistic. The first reason of such occurred difficulty had been that leaded the wrong start praised all of its actions related to the principal of change but had neither clarified nor presented the positive steps and change means that should have been applied afterwards. Through remarkable facts & our existence within a recent past totally free of any positive aspects then; we in the Kingdom have managed to resist the creation of any disorder which seeks to make us dependent to others. We know through a lot of appreciation and respect how King Faisal, God's Mercy be Upon him, had faced Consciously and firmly the initiatives of occupation attempts in the South through Yemen, in the East through Gulf Oman & in the North through Iraq. Meanwhile, Abdul Naser had not been leading a relation of cooperation as our relationships with him had been closer to hostility. We know that King Faisal had not been leading a country which had been neither wealthy nor militarily powerful at that time. However, he had managed to defeat those who had sought that to happen in his country. There is no need for details as such information, including their succession and diversity, are well known. We know that development initiatives had continued in this country through limited capabilities until we have reached the state of superiority and jumping towards the relationship of established friendships with the various international civilizations. What is happening now? Yes, we are witnessing a confirmed superiority. However, is there a general awareness that provides us with the immunity by which we can keep being away from the Arab decline temptations? Have the national majority, through its necessary full awareness, provided a competent immunity against its national minority or against the external majority located out of its borders? Various claims are being witnessed to the extent that makes the individual imagines that joining the Arab World means remaining within fallacies pathways rather than developments ones in which we are really living now. This is well known internationally as we are living the multiple scientific and economic methods and are continuing the brilliance of all achievements that we are reaching. At this stage, I've just reached what I have wanted to hint to since the first line of this article. It is obvious that due to our being in charge of many and various responsibilities; we charge ourselves with having multiple development directions towards the future. Thus, we need, as crucial necessity required during our present time, the availability of diverse performance responsibilities for the majority of the young men generation in a similar way to what has happened in some Asian countries that managed to get out of the torture of poverty and the impertinence of foreign interventions and achieved An Asian existence that has been elevated currently to a real stage of diverse and respectful development fellowships. We, in this country, know very well through many proofs that the historical man, King Abdulla, has provided his country and citizens with diverse development miracles related to the human and place through continuous awareness. However, the responsibility of continuous performance necessitates that we keep heading forwards and this shall not happen unless the professional, educational and social requirements are provided to the citizen for putting his feet on development pathways that shall double our Arab distinction which is not available for others. At the same time, such achievement shall provide us with multiple respect initiatives supported by our various international relationships in the respectful international forums. This is easily possible if the aforesaid has become provided together with education and media follow up. What I mean by this is to prepare our youth, through awareness of practical behavior, information and media, for becoming not a beneficiary citizen only but a citizen who a responsible citizen who benefits other citizens as well.
