The visit of His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Morsi, The Egyptian president, to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will not mean a traditional presence or a feeling exposure attempt due to that the relationship between the Saudi & Egyptian communities is totally different from the present relationships between an Arab country and another. It is not related to interest exchange because it shall be subject to interests' conditions similar to the ones with any other foreign country, especially the super power countries, if it is so. Such interests cannot represent a security source for the continuation of relationships. In new occurring conditions, such relationships may not keep committed by the legitimacy and necessities of cooperation. There may be conditions that turn the relationships to disagreements or disputes. We understand well that the problems of our region have not been dealt according to the mutual interests only as the latest cannot remove the fears of the various interventions that may bring what is more dangerous. Since no less than half a century, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Egypt have emerged as rising powers in the Arab World & the Middle East where they represented the Arab presence power source. Their continuous rapprochement means deterring any attempts that seek to introduce any more disputes or open the way for those who want to harm. We are before a truth that cannot be denied. In spite of the various excesses or dangers abroad, the Egyptian-Saudi rapprochement during long years used to represent the Arab presence competence which is able to inhibit the interventions and preserve, through integrity and competent citizenship, all the means of rapprochement and cooperation between the two nations via multi-competencies cooperation methods. We know well how Iraq has been divided by its internal powers and how Lebanon had been dragged out of its proper touristic and cultural presence towards being subject to multiple affiliations dangers. We have witnessed how Tunisia could hardly achieve its stability and how Libya struggled to achieve it. We understand well how some sinful efforts have been made for keeping Yemen a civilization retardation tool for blocking any other progress. Syria may represent the best witness if we look at its past half a century ago when rapprochement initiatives used to come from it through attempts that sought to prove the new modern diversity in governing styles, but towards where has Syria ended? The issue does not need witnesses as the Kingdom and Egypt represent the big popular awareness that confront any attempts which spread in other countries but couldn't achieve any success among our two nations. We are not talking about private interests but about a Saudi-Egyptian presence through rich various relationships that seek to preserve the Arab presence in general, in addition to maintaining the various evidences of the national, economic and social faithfulness that has been facing all attempts of hostilities creation. This never happened, in spite of the attempts of some media for presenting any illusion that implied so. We are greeting you your Excellency the president. You are the man who reached the highest leadership position without being imposed by any one, in a contrary way to the case that lasted for long years before you. You have been brought due to the trust of the majority of people in you.
