Riyadh Region Police are investigating with a citizen in his 40s for the murder of a resident of Asian nationality after he stabbed him several times in the middle of the street west of the city of Riyadh. The arrest came after the operations room received a call from an eye witness stating that he saw a citizen stabs a foreign passer-by in the street. And immediately security patrols rushed to the site and arrested the killer, as initial investigations revealed that he is a drug addict and suffers from mental illness.
