The painful history of our Arab world which had started during the stage of Western colonial countries existence retreat had witnessed tempting slogans that repeated the cries and confirmed that Arabs together can represent themselves and create their real new sovereign presence. Glittering revolutionary extension slogans had been very tempting at that time as the said extension had included some countries that were supposed to be the interface of Arabs launch towards their modern future then but what had been, regretfully, proven was that the Arab World, at that time, had been inventing the new Arab immunity methods that block any advancement. We know that many (Arab) countries, which used to be advanced then, could have easily kept moving forward through the same pathway from which some Asian countries such as India and China had launched towards their modern civilization and scientific reality. Regretfully, the Arab World that had what we had expected to be a unique advancement towards the future before the other countries had become involved in reckless risky adventures governed by the personal interests of the men in power who did not care for the public social interests. It is true that the said stage had gone but what is true, too, is that that direction had not been due to a choice for heading towards what is better due to that the real common regression in most (Arab) countries at that time was the factor that had pushed them towards the worse reality. Whatever related to the facts of our Arab reality is well known. The great weakness and poverty is very clear, too, together with that there had been no initiatives towards any better direction. On the contrary,, there had been trends or directions towards many worse reality through the continuous conflicts. No one denies that we, in the Kingdom, are the best as we the only ones who launched towards the amazing civilization and economic diversity. The facts of the miracle of the historical man King Abdulla is present in the mind of every Saudi citizen as he imposed through a short time the immunity of national abandonment away from the disadvantages of the fierce Arab prevalence together with the diverse economy and work competencies which had imposed a unique scientific and civilization presence. Furthermore, the governance system has created extra care for the citizens represented by the successive efforts made for fighting the spread of unemployment and deterring the presence of the foreigner who earns less income at the expense of the citizen who is in charge of his own family. In spite of that our country still needs the expatriate employee; his presence should be set under the condition of the special competence that he should have. The duties of employment, the citizen's extra feelings and the young men presence awareness cannot be supported unless there is a real culture of awareness of which are find a lot now, especially among the students studying through the scholarships and the young men of economic professionalism. This is due to that this country, our country, which is launching strongly towards advancement, is totally different from the Arab present reality. Some responsibilities of this field should be held by the media but by direction and clarification rather than praise or condemnation. There should be, as well, some associated responsibility in regard to education methods together with some general culture. Such factors help in providing the diverse opportunities of positive aspects of awareness.
