In Africa and some regions in the world, there is poverty, sickness and misery. However, its people are getting along with their conditions as their reality. On the other side, there are the lords of money, power, domination, monopoly and exploitation of nations' fortunes who are using their people as laboratories pipes mice over whom the laboratory experiments are being performed together with that their environments are being destroyed. The formula is unbalanced since the creation of the human on this planet. However, there have been nations who broke the barriers and got out of the insulating walls imposed on them where they reached the stage of vigilance after their long sleep, headed towards the stage of challenge and won the full mark in regard to development motive as they entered into the race with the modern world and achieved an unexpected excellence. In spite of its past poverty and illiteracy, the Arab nation had been happier and more harmonious during the stage that was called as the stage of decadence, retardation and naivety followed by being occupied by external powers which led to the start of the stage of resistance and independence. However, what we had called liberation had not brought the recompense of a transitional period that connects the past with the present according to a work plan that puts before the challenges that other nations faced and managed to surpass through institutionalized work and long term plans. The reasons behind this is that those who call themselves "the post colonialism or occupation generation" had no radical conception about the present or future as most of those who reached the power positions sought cloning the same system of the Umayyad & Abbasi stages where the president or leader is the alternative of "Commander of the faithful." At that ancient time, the poets used to rush towards the palace door of the said caliphate seeking his rewards but in the case of the present leader, the alternatives of the said poet had become the journalist, the writer and the TV or radio announcer who shall be the promoter and supporter while the army of conquests had been replaced by the army of coops and the exchequer had been replaced the ministries of economy, finance and monetary which declare nationalization and confiscation. Furthermore, we have entered into the long discussion of who is the free man and who is the slave in regard to dependency to the East or the West where the military official music had become the alternative of the normal music and emotional songs. In addition, the author has become the caller for the socialist realism where the return to the heritage had become considered as a new retardation that returns the past stereotypes. Thus, the dispossession of the citizen's character lasted for long times where the citizen had become trained to be no more than a repeater behind those who dictate the political slogans for liberating the poor and the workers as alternative of the capitalism and feudal system. During that stage, it has been considered that even freedom can be delayed during the time of liberation due to being in case of a war with the enemy together with its child Israel who is rooted in our countries during the post colonialism era. This stage had been accompanied with the poems like "If the nation sought life once...etc, "from the rumbling ocean to the rebellious gulf" & "My brother, the oppressors have exceeded the limit." In all cases, the nap lasted for a long time and we had been surprised, while we were dreaming, by the defeats we had become subjected to by Israel. At that time, it had been said the soviet arms represent the reason while others declared that the civilization and scientific difference between Israel and the Arabs is the reason. Thus, some governments had been brought down and other ones had risen up but through the same scenarios. The Arab citizen who had been happy with his ignorance had woken up and got out of it but through another violent way as the sectarian states have returned with wars that kill people due to their identity or sect which led to that all minorities and followers of other religions have become victims of the new reality while followers of the same religion and sect themselves have fought with each other due to accusing each other with betrayal and infidelity. He who is able to see the reality has become shocked when he has viewed the collapse of his old dream together with his inability to interpret the new Arab phenomenon where the citizen has become a monster in the clothes of a human being. There is no interpretation of such reality except for that we are a nation which is bleeding and sacrificing his generations for other holocausts. It may be that the image of the daily bloody scenes presented three times a day like daily meals shall transform us to cattle in a savage human forest. It's a shameful scene faced by the human of civilization, culture and science of groups that have become split where it has become impossible to put their fragments and fires together again.
