Authorities of Jeddah-based King Abdulaziz International airport took the necessary measures to adjust with an emergency landing today but the captain of a SAUDIA-chartered airbus 300 flight which sustained technical fault, managed to land to safety at the airport, it was reported. A source of the Saudi Arabian airlines (SAUDIA) said the flight 2865 took off at 14:00 Tuesday from the Iranian airport of Rushed heading for Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah in Saudi Arabia to discharge all its passengers at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International airport. With no passengers on board, the plane, owned by the Turkish Owner Air company, developed a technical fault at its front wheels while landing. However, the captain managed to land properly.
