Russian President Dimitry Medvedev received here today a message from his Sudanese counterpart Omer Al-Bashier dealing with the latest developments between Sudan and South Sudan. The message was delivered to the Russian President by Sudan's Foreign Minister Ali Karti who is currently visiting Russia. During the meeting, Karti briefed Lavrov on the relations of his country with South Sudan following the aggression of the Government of Juba on the Sudan's territories. He said conditions to solve the problem peacefully are available.
