The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Premier and Chairman of Higher Education Council, has approved a number of decisions taken by the Council in its 69th session. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, has expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the King for his unlimited support for higher education institutions. He pointed out that the decisions included the establishment of faculties in Saudi Universities, changing names of a number of faculties, memorandums of understanding between Saudi and foreign universities, assignment and extension of terms for academic staff, and annual reports of some universities.
