Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani stressed GCC countries' support for all measures and reform steps undertaken by King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain. In a statement to Bahraini News Agency, Al Zayani described King Hamad's receipt of the report of the National Commission on the Implementation of the Recommendations of the Fact-Finding Committee as a historic day in Bahrain. He explained that the composition of the Bahraini independent fact-finding is an unprecedented initiative followed by a pioneering step which is the formation of the National Commission on the Implementation of the Recommendations with the government's commitment to implement all of them. The Secretary-General of the GCC wished Bahrain unity of word, harmony and mutual cooperation among all segments of its people.
