The Arab Ministerial Committee in Charge of Syrian Crisis started a meeting here today under the chairmanship of Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabr Al Thani, with the participation of the Committee's members including the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Sudan, Algeria and Representative of Sultanate of Oman. Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the meeting. The Committee will assess the situation at the Syrian arena and discussed the recommendations reached by the meeting of Arab Economic and Social Council at the level of Ministers of Finance and Economy here yesterday with regard to the imposition of a series of economic sanctions on the Syrian Government.
