AlHijjah 25, 1432, Nov 21, 2011, SPA -- In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as many as 1528 officers of different ranks were promoted. The Director General of Civil Defense, Lieutenant General Saad bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri decorated a number of promoted officers with their new ranks, urging them to spare no effort in carrying out their duties and wishing them all success.
