In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as many as 308 officers of different ranks were promoted. The Director General of Civil Defense, Lieutenant General Saad bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri decorated a number of the promoted officers with their new ranks, urging them to spare no effort in carrying out their duties and wishing them all success.
