AlQa'dah 23, 1432, Oct 21, 2011, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, has strongly condemned the horrendous terrorist attack in Turkey on 19 October 2011, in which more than 20 soldiers were reportedly killed and dozens of other injured. The Secretary General expressed his shock and dismay at the horrific attack and expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the people and the Government of Turkey. While reiterating the OIC's support to Turkey in fighting terrorism, the Secretary General stated that the perpetrators and supporters of these shocking crimes have definitely no place among Muslims.
