AlQa'dah 21, 1432, Oct 19, 2011, SPA - Japanese stocks inched higher Wednesday as overnight gains on Wall Street helped boost export-oriented issues. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average gained 30.63 points, or 0.35 per cent, to close at 8,772.54 while the broader-based Topix index was up 0.25 points, or 0.03 per cent, at 751.49, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA".
