AlQa'dah 15, 1432, Oct 13, 2011, SPA -- Under directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the follow-up of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, who is also the General Supervisor for the campaign of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques to relieve the sisterly Pakistani flood-hit people, the Regional Bureau of the campaign in Pakistan today launched relief projects of flood-stricken people in the Sind and Baluchistan this year. Dr. Khalid Al-Othmani, Regional Director of the campaign said in a press conference held in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad that the campaign would erect five tents for the affected, distribute 30,000 blankets, 50000 food baskets in the affected areas in response to an appeal by the Pakistani Government for the world community to take positions beside Pakistan. He said the next phase consists of relief projects, citing the building of water purification stations to provide healthy potable water to the people in Sind and Baluchistan.
