Upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continued airlifting material relief to flood-stricken regions in Pakistan to alleviate the sufferings of people there. In this regard, the 17th and 18th cargo planes, laded with blankets, tents, medical materials and foodstuffs arrived in Grand Multan airport in southern Punjab State and Lahore airport respectively. Pakistani officials, who received the consignments thanked the Kingdom for the aid.
