AlQa'dah 14, 1432, Oct 12, 2011, SPA - Japanese stocks declined for the first time in four trading days Wednesday as investors sold shares to lock in quick profits after recent gains. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average lost 34.78 points, or 0.4 per cent, to close at 8,738.9 after gaining 1.95 per cent Tuesday. The broader-based Topix index was down 1.56 points, or 0.21 per cent, at 753.44, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA".
