UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon "strongly condemned" on Wednesday the bomb attack outside the High Court in Indian capital New Delhi, in which 11 people died and 76 were wounded. "There is no justification for indiscriminate violence against civilians," dpa quoted Ban as saying. He expressed solidarity with the government and people of India, and extended "sincere condolences" to families of the victims. He also called for bringing the attackers to justice.
