United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Friday condemned the suicide bomb attack in Pakistan's North-West Frontier Province that the UN said killed more than 30 people, DPA reported. Ban reiterated his "rejection of such indiscriminate and reprehensible acts of violence" and sent his condolences to the families of the victims and to the government of Pakistan. The powerful explosion took place in Ustarzai, 60 kilometers south of the provincial capital, Peshawar.
