A dam broke at the Sunzha River in Grozny on Saturday due to downpours and the water level rise. "According to verified data, a total of 641 houses where over 5,000 people live are located in the flood area. Over 2,400 people have been evacuated," he said. Four temporary accommodation centers have been prepared, Davydov said, adding that there "is no need for deploying people there."
