Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization (GSFMO) has signed a contract for the third consignment of the imported wheat for this year weighing a total of 360,000 tons that will arrive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on-board six ships during next September and October. In a statement here today, The Organization's Director General, Eng. Walid bin Abdul-Karim Al- Khuraiji said that the Organization will get a distinctive quality of wheat of American and European origins at competitive prices. He pointed out that this consignment comes as an extension of the plans of the Organization to maintain its strategic reserves of wheat for a period of six months to meet the needs of citizens, residents, and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah.
