The Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Balghunym, who is also Chairman of Board of Directors of Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization (GSFMO) has signed contracts for the expansion of the silos of the Organization's Branches in Jeddah at a cost of SR 315.1 million ; and in Dammam at a cost of SR 339.64 million, with a wheat storage capacity of 140,000 tons. The contracts have been signed with Consortium of Nahdhat Al-Imar for Contracting Company and Al-Arrab Contracting Company. The signing ceremony was attended by the Organization's Director General Eng. Walid bin Abdulkarim Khuraiji.
