Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization (GSFMO) has awarded a bid for importing 330,000 tons of wheat. The Organization's Director General, Eng. Walid bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji pointed out that this is the final package for this year, noting that that this quantity of wheat should be imported during March and April, next year, with a total of 6 shipments, with a rate of 3 shipments each to Jeddah Islamic Seaport and King Abdulaziz Seaport in Dammam. He noted that the Organization will get the wheat of superior brands originating from Europe, Australia, America, Canada and Argentina at competitive prices.
