Awwal 02, 1432 / April 06, 2011, SPA -- Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad received today a telephone call from Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, during which they discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the recent events in Syria. President Medvedev expressed Russia's support to the current reform process in Syria, particularly the procedures that have been taken by the Syrian leadership over the last few days to the benefit of the Syrian people.
