Akhir 1432 H. / 08 March 2011, SPA -- Arab Foreign Ministers will hold an emergency meeting on Saturday to discuss the upheaval in Libya. The League's Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Bin Hilli said the meeting, originally scheduled on Friday, will take place on Saturday at the request of Gulf Arab states. The meeting follows an emergency session of Gulf Arab Foreign Ministers in Abu Dhabi yesterday which discussed a proposal for imposing a no-fly zone over Libya and urged the United Nations Security Council to protect Libyan civilians, Jordan New Agency (Petra) reported.
