Floods inundated tens of houses in Blega village, Madura district, East Java on Sunday. A source said the flood happened due to the overflow of Blega river following heavy rain which struck the area on Saturday. Around 20 houses located near the river were inundated with water since 8 o'clock in the morning, ANTARA reported. The Sunday flood is not only inundating people's houses but also a road connecting Bangkalan and Sampang districts. Hectares of paddy field belonging to the local farmers are also inundated by the flood.
