The President of the Canadian Senate, Dr. Noel Kensela, has expressed his appreciation of the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud for his efforts to achieve peace and stability in the world, through his initiative for dialogue among followers of religions, cultures and civilizations, which has been welcomed by the whole world. In a statement to "Al-Riyadh" Arabic Newspaper published today on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Kensela said that this successful initiative has had a great importance, noting that Canada has welcomed it greatly. He noted that King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz has contributed to the establishment of the Center for Dialogue at the University of Toronto, Canada, during his visit to Canada when he participated in the summit of Group of Twenty. He described relations between the two countries as distinguished in parliamentary, political and economic fields, adding that there are 13,000 Saudi students currently studying in Canada.
