Rescue officials say the central train station in Malmo, southern Sweden, has been evacuated after a train without passengers crashed into a cement barrier. According to AP, rescue services spokesman Torbjorn Krokstrom says the driver was taken to a hospital with light injuries. He says the empty train was being brought into the train station when it hit the barrier Saturday. Krokstrom said the second carriage was pushed up on top of the engine and hit electric wires, prompting the evacuation of the station. The cause of the accident wasn't immediately clear. Swedish Transport Administration spokesman Peter Behrman said parts of the station remained closed Saturday afternoon, causing cancellations and delays to trains to and from Malmo.
