Al-Attiyah Receives Message from ARCO Secretary General

Qa'dah 20, 1431 H/Oct 28, 2010, SPA -- Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has received a written message from Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Hazza, Secretary General of Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) on the support of the latter to Al-Attiyah in his call to open a serious investigation with full transparency on the contents of documents recently published information suggesting that the American occupation forces in Iraq had committed or helped in committing crimes against humanity.
