Qa'dah 09, 1431 H/Oct 17, 2010, SPA -- Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has said that the GCC states and Turkey are influential countries at the regional and international arenas and an essential component of the general fabric at the regional and international levels. This came in a speech delivered by Al-Attiyah before the joint ministerial meeting of the third strategic dialogue between the GCC States and the Turkish Republic, which began its activities here earlier today. The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the meeting is headed by Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
