Qa'dah 19, 1431, Oct 27, 2010 SPA -- As many as 433,604 pilgrims, have so far arrived in Madinah, 162,186 pilgrims left the city, and 271,357 pilgrims remained in the city to offer prayers at the Prophet's Holy Mosque in preparation for proceeding to Makkah to perform Hajj rituals. In its report issued today, the Secretariat of Hajj Committee in Madinah noted that the number of pilgrims who arrived today in Madinah through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, and other entry points amounted to 35,227 pilgrims, while the number of pilgrims departed from Madinah stood at 25,242. The Secretariat said that Indonesians topped the list of arrival pilgrims from abroad to Madinah with a figure of 53,568 pilgrims, followed by 41, 106 Indian pilgrims, and 33,291 Nigerian pilgrims. The report emphasized that all concerned departments have provided best services to pilgrims around the clock.
