Saudi Arabia Ranks First in Arab Technology-Related Competition

Qa'dah 09, 1431 H/Oct 17, 2010, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has ranked first in the sixth round of the best of Arab technology related working plan organized by Arab Foundation for Science and Technology, supported by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) which was hosted by Cairo, recently.
In a statement, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Najjar, Chief of Arab Foundation for Science and Technology lauded here today the Saudi winning project forwarded by Mazen Batarfi and Suleiman Bawa as a new technological invention to take advantage of solar energy.
Dr. Al-Najjar explained that the Saudi winning project named "Solar Sky Light" is based on benefitting of the solar energy in the best of ways through combining various solar energy techniques in one.
