Darah SG Congratulates Prince Sultan Ibn Salman on Registration of Dir'iya on World Heritage List

The Secretary General of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (DARAH) Dr. Fahd Al-Sammari congratulated Prince Sultan Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities on the occasion of registration of Turaif Quarter of historical Dir'iya on the World Heritage List of United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Dr. Samari praised this decision of registration, which puts the historical Dir'iya on its correct place with regard to the world heritage emphasizing the historical value of this site, which has seen historical events contributed to significant changes in the history of the Arabian Peninsula.
