Khail said that the conference is a good opportunity and an effective program concerning scholarships students and the development of their abilities through scientific programs, events, competitions and researches. On his part, Saudi Cultural attaché, Dr. Ghazi al-Makki emphasized the importance of the conference in highlighting Saudi creative minds in scientific and research fields. In a statement to reporters following the inauguration ceremony of the Conference, Prince Mohammed Ibn Nawaf Ibn Abdul Aziz, said that the conference constitutes a good opportunity for scholarships students to benefit from the experience of the University of Manchester in various scientific fields.
