The Director General of Louvre Museum, Henri Loyrette has stressed that the Exhibition of Archaeological Masterpieces of Saudi Arabia due to be opened at the Museum in Paris on Tuesday will display outstanding works and civilizations which have been not recognized sufficiently by the public and will contribute to renewing our visions toward arts and antiquities in addition to the renewal of scientific researches. In a statement to The Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he said that the Exhibition will introduce civilizations and works which have not been available at permanent exhibitions in Louvre Museum, pointing out that the exhibition will shed light on the depth of civilization in Saudi Arabia, and will cover a great historical period starting from ancient times until the recent history.
