Secretary General of the General Commission for Tourism and Antiquities Prince Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz signed in Riyadh on Sunday an agreement with the Louvre Museum Director Henri Loyrette to establish an exhibition for Saudi antiquities at the Louvre Museum in Paris during summer 2010. This agreement came in implementation of the directives of the Custodian Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz to establish an exhibition for the Saudi antiquities at the Louvre Museum in Paris based on a suggestion of Former French President Jacques Chirac when they opened Islamic Arts Exhibition at the Museum which was organized by the General Commission for Tourism and Antiquities at the National Museum in Riyadh in March 2006.In a statement following the signing ceremony, Prince Sultan Bin Salman expressed his delight at activating cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and France in the field of civilization.
