Prince Turki Al-Faisal said that the Exhibition of Archaeological Masterpieces of Saudi Arabia opened here on Tuesday at Louvre Museum, will present a clear image of civilizations in the Arabian Peninsula and their political and economic roles during successive historical ages. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Prince said holding this exhibition at ancient Louvre Museum will contribute to further introducing the civilization of Saudi Arabia and give a true image about the role of this civilization in successive civilizations. In a similar statement, Prince Meshal Ibn Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz, the Governor of Najran Province said that holding the exhibition at this ancient museum is an important step in introducing the civilization of Saudi Arabia through the ages as well as its rich humanitarian achievements to the French and foreign public. He expressed his delight over Najran's contribution to an important part of this exhibition, stressing that Najran Province has had an ancient history and it has been rich in antiquities that will be watched by the world through this exhibition as it will tour and shown in various cities around the world.
