Director General of Industrial Cities Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabee'a has signed a contract for the development of an integrated housing complex for technicians and bachelors in the Second Industrial City in Riyadh with a national company. Under the contract the national company will build 520 housing units for the accommodation of more than 4,000 technicians and workers within one year. Dr Al-Rabee'a said the commission of the industrial cities is keen on development of the industrial cities and providing them with excellent services. He praised the investment of the private sector in the filed of housing and commercial projects in the industrial cities and said investors in this domain will gain good profits. It is worth mentioning that the Second Industrial City of Riyadh is considered as the biggest commercial complex in the Middle East . As many as 120,000 persons are working in the City.
