"Taking all this into account, the agreement concluded between Iran, Turkey and Brazil is viewed as a positive development and it is hoped that the agreement will pave the way for making the region free from nuclear weapons." "Moreover, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ever since the establishment of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has been doing its best to enable the GCC serve its nations and cement the pillars of security and stability as well as support the joint gulf work," said the daily, adding that the regional and international developments which accompanied the establishment of the GCC have forced the Council to assume its responsibility in a greater and more comprehensive perspective.
