Prince Talal Receives The Final Report of Hope Building Program

Prince Talal Ibn Abdulaziz, the President of Arab Gulf Program for the United Nations Development Organization ( AGFUND) and Honorary President of Ebsar Foundation for Low Vision and Blind's Rehabilitation has received the final report of Building hope program from Chair of Ebsar Ahmad Muhammad Ali who is also the President of the IDB group.
