An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale jolted Raba, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, Saturday at 10.22 am Western Indonesian Standard Time (WIB). The quake's epicenter located 8.09 degrees southern latitude, and 118.27 degrees eastern longitude, at a depth 10 kilometers below sea level, ANTARA quoted the national meteorological, climatology and geophysics office as saying. The temblor, which was 68 km northwest of Raba, 104 km northeast of Sumbawabesar (NTB) and 174 km northeast of Taliwang NTB, did not have potential to trigger a tsunami.
