The 5th meeting of the Executive Bureau of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism will start its two-day deliberations tomorrow at Muscat Intercontinental Hotel, Oman News Agency (ONA) reported today. The agenda of the meeting includes the selection of the Chairman of the Executive Bureau, discussing the report of the technical secretariat on the follow up of the previous recommendations of the Executive Bureau, announcing the result of the Arab Ministerial Tourism Council Award for Quality Tourism and discussing the Arab Tourism strategy. The agenda also include the efforts undertaken to implement the executive working paper for the Arab socio-economic summit with relation to tourism, the global financial crisis, the road map adopted by the World Tourism Organization, the outcome of the 10th Arab Tourism Forum on the low cost aviation, the inter-Arab tourism and the financial statements of the Council and the contributions of the member states and 2010 budget.
