The first session of the executive bureau of the Arab Tourism Ministerial Council was concluded here today. The meetings were chaired by Dr. Khalid Aldikhail, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Commission for Tourism. The undersecretaries of the ministries of tourism of the bureau's Arab member countries participated in the meetings. In a statement today, Assistant Secretary General of Economic Affairs of the Arab League Dr. Mohammad Altowaijri said the meetings discussed electing the executive bureau to include Saudi Arabia as chairman, Tunisia as vice chairman and Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Jordan and UAE as members. The meetings also discussed other issues concerning boosting tourism in the Arab countries.
