The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has called for the performance of Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayers all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday, November 16, corresponding to Dhu Al-Qa"dah 28 according to Umm Al-Qura calendar, as rain season is delayed, said a statement issued by the Royal Court here today. The statement urged Muslims in the Kingdom to take part in the prayers, usually performed early morning during such drought according to the instructions of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).
