The second unit of the Dumai oil refinery on Jalan Putri Tujuh, Dumai, Riau province, caught fire on Wednesday, ANTARA reported. The fire began at 11.45 a.m. local time. It was successfully put out at 12.30 a.m. after four units of fire trucks were sent to the location.
