A fire broke out at a Shanghai oil refinery Sunday but no casualties have been reported, the Shanghai Fire Department said. At around 11:30 a.m., the fire department received a report saying that an oil tank at the refinery had exploded. Fire fighters rushed to the scene and by 1:00 p.m. the fire had been extinguished, Xinhua reported. The oil refinery is located at North Pudong Road in Pudong New District. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
