Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari has highlighted the humanitarian assistance extended by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the displaced people in Pakistan from Swat valley and the neighboring regions. He said this humanitarian assistance extended by the Kingdom stands as a witness for the love of the Saudi people for Pakistan and its people. He also thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for his support to the Pakistani people who are facing difficult circumstances due to the military operations in the north-western part of the country. The Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported that the Kingdom has sent 150 tons of dates to the displaced Pakistanis in addition to 600 tons of relief materials.
