The Saudi pavilion at Tunis international book fair received here today Tunisian minister of culture Abdel-Rauf al-Basiti in the presence of the Saudi ambassador to Tunisia Ibrahim al-Brahim and a number of officials. As many as 15 governmental authorities including the ministries of higher education; Islamic affairs; culture and information, and the general presidency for youth welfare; the general organization for technical and vocational training; King Abdul-Aziz Foundation for Research and Archives; Ummal Qura University; and universities of King Saud, King Faisal, King Fahd for Petroleum and Minerals, Taiba, The Islamic University, as well as King Fahd Security College and King Abdulaziz Public Library and King Fahd National Library are participating in the Book Fair. The Saudi pavilion, organized on an area of more than 205 square meters, displays more than 3, 500 titles. The pavilion, at the ten-day show, includes the Kingdom's flag, the photograph of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Tunisian President Zine-al-abdine bin Ali, and photographs of the Two Holy Mosques.
