A number of the Kingdom's Regions will be affected by weather fluctuations and surface winds of up to 55 km/h leading to rising dust storms and the variability in temperatures, starting from the areas north and west of the Kingdom, and then heading to the Central and Eastern regions respectively, and later to the rest of the areas, followed by a significant reduction in temperatures. This also includes the activity of surface winds on the Red Sea and then proceeding to the Arabian Gulf from Monday (March 23) to Wednesday (March 25). In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) said that the Department of Analysis and Forecasts Controls and Analysis of Weather Events, monitor the weather conditions around the clock and issue forecasts and warnings on a timely basis. The PME called on citizens and residents and sea-goers and picnickers to take precaution and utmost care in such weather conditions. For its part, the Civil Defense expressed optimism that everyone would abide by its instructions and observe the necessary guidance provided by it in such eventualities.
