Uruguay's President meets Saudi businessmen

Uruguay's President Tabare Vazquez met here today with Saudi businessmen at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh. This meeting comes within his current visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Upon his arrival at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the President was received by Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Jeraisy and a number of officials.
During the meeting, the President delivered a speech on enhancing relations between his country and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in commercial and cultural fields.
Uruguay's Economy and Finance Minister Alvaro Garcia presented a visual display on his country.
Volume of trade exchange between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Uruguay reached SR 46 million in 2007.
